The stylish top you show is not a halter top, but more of a tank top or sleeveless shell.  It would look lovely paired with a burlap blazer, new for this spring, made from genuine &quot;vinatge&quot; church banners from the 1970s.  It comes in many natural colors, like jute, straw, and, of course, ash.</description>
