This was an interesting blog. I have a 5 in one plus that I have been wearing since world youth day in 93 off and on. By the way to get the full benefit of it you need to be enrolled cf. http://www.sistersofcarmel/scapinfo.php In regards to a person superstitiously wearing a scapular as a “get out of jail free card” a friend gave me a little booklet on the miracles of the scapular and in it was the story of an angry atheist who wore one just to challenge God and the Blessed Mother. On the man’s deathbed the scapular which had held together until then miraculously broke and fell to the floor. The man saw a vision of hell right after that and died. I guess it’s not nice to fool Mother Mary is it?
